Guess who I found standing up in his crib?

Today Wyatt was able to pull himself into the standing position in his crib! This is almost 2.5 months earlier than Jack did the same thing...like I said before, I think this one will be walking well before a year old!

A few pictures of the boys

I promise I am going to do a more in-depth update on both boys, but in the meantime I thought I would post a couple of recent pictures of them together. As you can see, there isn't much to work with since one of them always looks away from the camera or decides to be "on the move".

Today Peter and Jack went to the Auto Show, which made the house really quiet and gave Wyatt the opportunity to take a nice, long 2 hour nap! After his nap, Wyatt got to play uninterrupted as well! I happened to have my camera right next to me and the lighting was great, so I thought I would show some current pictures of Wyatt at 7.5 months old.

A visit with Santa

Most of you have already seen this photo on Facebook or from receiving our Christmas card, but I just had to share it one more time. After three separate attempts to get a nice Christmas photo, both with Santa and without, this is seriously the best we could get! Jack seemed excited to see Santa when we were standing in line waiting, but once it was time to sit on Santa's lap, he wanted nothing to do with him -- and I mean NOTHING! Wyatt was mostly indifferent, as you would expect a 7 month old to be, but he did enjoy pulling on Santa's beard. This particular Santa, which I honestly think is one of the most authentic looking Santa's I have ever seen, had a very real beard and I am sure it hurt very much when Wyatt got his little hands on it. To Santa's credit, he remained quite jolly throughout the whole ordeal, despite Jack's meltdown and Wyatt's quick little hands.
